Whats best for your daughter? If in the long run it will benefit your daughter then go. What exactly makes the jobs in AZ better???The cost of living may be lower but you get what you pay for. How about just getting a different job where you are.

About your daughter, I suggest you move now before she gets older and more attached with life in Miami. You know how teenagers are. And about the moving issue itself, do it after you've done researches, surveys about life in az, not just hearing rumor. Where in AZ would you want to live? Are schools good there? And only move when you have a job waiting for you. If you just move IN HOPE that you MAY find a good job, then you're in for a really LONG journey. And this would effect your family also.

I live in Az. it's nice here. The heat thing is not as bad as people think. Schools are good if you want your daughter to learn a second language (spanish). The pay here is kinda low but so is rent and other costs. I say go where your heart leads you. Good luck.

I live in AZ. I wouldn't move here. Jobs aren't better here, I don't know where you got that info. Schools aren't good either, we're moving out of state because the schools are bad and our daughter is only 5 months old now, but we don't want her attending school here.
What profession are you in?

Does daughter live with you? If so, is mom in the picture? Not enough details to really answer such a question that needs a lot of time and thought put into it.........

well... it will surely be hard on your daughter, but she is still at the young age where it shouldn't matter too much. If she were a teenager, wow, an entire different story. Just explain to her why, and the benifits if you do. She may not understand now, but she will eventually.

BIG difference between AZ and MI.

If you can handle temps to 120, draining humidity, scorpions, snakes and tarantulas, by all means come to Arizona.

i think if your able to get a better job to provide for your daughter in AZ,i say go ahead and make the move.....when you get the job you will be able to afford to fly yourself or your daughter back and forth to see one another.....or maybe you can find another state closer who has better jobs as well.....
