Law students can't practice law. However, a number of law schools operate programs in which law students can work on legal complaints under the supervision of an attorney or law professor. I suggest you call the law schools in your area--or go to their web sites--to find out what sort of legal clinics they have available. There may be income limits.

If you are in Indiana, Indiana University School of Dentistry, in Indianapolis has a dental clinic and there is free legal informationa nd legal aid directory for low income Hoosiers at www.indianajustice.org.

There should be similar services in your state if you aren't in Indiana. Good Luck
