Keep asking that question. While I don't have a definitive answer, I can say that often the best experiences in life begin with a good question. Your question reads like a goal and that's a good place to start. Three things:
1. Be persistent. Many stars of today wouldn't be if they had taken no for an answer. It may take some time and sacrifice, but if you really want it, then it will be worth it.
2. Research. Read up on how other stars made it from nothing to something. Check out wikipedia.org there are hundreds of biographies of actors, artists, and the ridiculously famous.
3. Networking. It's not what you know but who you know. Some where one of your friends, family members, and/or acquaintances knows someone who knows someone.
4. Don't get lost. Be yourself. (I know I said three things but this is important too. :) It's very hard to sell something you are not. The most successful bring something unique to themselves to the table. Find out what you best talents are and capitalize on them.
