The owner of your computer has limited your rights to install certain things on your machine. You will need his/her permission, and probably you will need to be on their account with their password in order to do it.

You might not be able to depending upon how the computer is setup.

Inside user accounts inside control panel, there are a listing of all the users present on the computer. Next to each user, there is user profile and its privileges (administrator, user, debugger, etc.) To obtain user privileges, administrator privilege account has to modify your account as the administrator.

The other way is to have the administrator account install your game setup file

login using the administrator ID. If it's XP Home, then your parents may have limited your access to guest privileges so that you can not install anything without their permission, which is of course, a good idea.

the only way to do that is to access the administrator's account (usually your parents login or whoever set up your computer) then you can install the game and run it on the other accounts. my advice would be to ask your parents if they are the ones that set it up. good luck!.

You're probably on a computer that's administrated by someone else, and they set it so that you can't install anything on it. You'd need them to set the computer so you could install it.

sign in as administrator....do you own the computer or does someelse own it like your father? have him sign in with his password. there's nothing you can do if you aren't admin except browse the web and do word processing.
