It's the song played right after the final whistle, and it sounds like it's being sung in German, but I can't tell with the crowd noise and the fact that the song is being sung almost in a crowd chant over classical sounding music.

The name of the song is "Stand up for the champions"
I was at one of the first round games in Frankfurt and I recognized the melody as a hynm(!) we sing at church called "Give thanks with a grateful heart"
It was a little bizarre...
