ok so i sometimes think other girls are hot and sometimes think about them but i would never do anything with a girl does this make me a lesbo or bi

Judging by your screen name, you are still pretty young. It's a normal phase of development to explore different facets of your sexuality. It's part of your brain development. Likewise, it's normal for you to think curiously about people of the same sex, regardless of being a boy or a girl. Everyone has went through it. It definitely does not make you a lesbian; lesbians actually act upon these thoughts. It does not make you bisexual either; bisexual people actually engage in sexual acts with members of both sexes. It merely means you are developing sexually, and it's totally normal.

Not necessarily. For example, most women are raised to appreciate other women more. We judge each other by looks more than guys do. This is why I can look at a girl on the street and say "Wow, she is gorgeous" and it doesn't imply I want to have sex with her. Perhaps we focus on our own looks so much that we also learn to appreciate them in other women. Or perhaps we just appreciate beauty in general :-)
In one sense, this makes women more open-minded than guys, who are often so homophobic that they can't even make a judgement on what other guys are hot.
Even if some day you start having sexual fantasies about women, this would also not necessarily mean you are lesbian or bi (which is not a bad thing by the way). They're fantasies, and you need to appreciate them as part of regular sexuality.

This only makes you Bi CURIOUS! It doesnt mean you will turn gay or anything. It may just mean you appreciate the female body and some of them attract your attention. And thats ok and normal. it's perfectly fine to admire another woman's beauty. The female body is beautiful and graceful in most cases. If you start thinking about them sexually you might be but as long as it's just wow she's pretty or dang i wish i looked that good i wouldn't be worried.

I don't know how old you are now but obviously you're a teenager. don't put yourself into a box just yet. you can admire whoever you want to.
