Does she pee everyday? Not all babies poop everyday. As long as she pees daily she should be fine.
To be safe you should still call your doctor.

I have 3 suggestions -

1) stop the bananas right away - they can cause constipation. Instead, do prunes or apples.

2) give her lots of extra fluids

3) check her vitamins - iron can make babies constipated too.

And, my daughter only went once every second or third day when she was that age. No reason to panic as long as she is urinating enough.

Call your doctor, though, just to check. She may also have an allergy to one of her new solid foods that is causing all that gas.

Good luck!!

it is okay if she doesnt poop every day, as long as she is peeing she is okay. if it has been a few days and she still hasnt pooped or if her poop is very formed, like a hard solid ball, and it seems painful for her to go, it means that she is constipated. i have found that the best remedy for constipation is prunes and apple juice. i feed my baby one jar of prunes baby food and it clears her right up. also you could try giving her some oatmeal, that helps too. bananas are used to treat diarhea, they slow things down, so if your baby seems constipated you should avoid bananas for a couple days. potatoes also seem to slow things up a bit, so if you are giving her potatoes, avoid those until she is no longer constipated. if none of this works i would take her to a doctor just to make sure everything is okay.

It happened with my son when I started introduce him with solid food.
After 5 days without BM, I went to doctor and he said it's ok as long as the stool is not hard. He suggested to give fruits, veggie and lot's of water (you can mix it with a bit of sugar)
If the stool is hard, it means your baby is constipated. If not, you have nothing to worry.

Try giving her a teaspoon of karo syrup in her milk. My son had the same problem karo syrup works.

Prunes also work. Just don't give her the whole jar at one sitting.

Give her more fibre food, like vege, apple, juices, etc. I also very scare when my son dont poo every day. Tat becos he dont like to drink water. So he oni poo 3 times a week and every time he poo, i was very happy. Now he is almost 2yr old and poo every day. It still ok if she poo 3-4 times aweek. have to worry if she doesn't poo at all.
