I'm 43 and never cheated on my ex the entire time we were married 11 years.
Can't say I've ever cheated in any relationship I was ever in for that matter.

I have never been married but was with the same guy for 8 years. When I was about 23, I did cheat on him (not sex), just kissing and some playing around. I felt guilty about it but very strongly suspected that he had cheated on me many times (which I thought to be the reason we weren't married). We are no longer together because not long after that he very openly began cheating on me, even asking advice on how to get a girl into bed with him!!

I have never cheated, but I have been cheated on. I suppose that is the reason I have never cheated. I learned at an early age that even the pain of losing a friend or family member to death is not as brutal and long lasting as the pain from being cheated on. It seems that every 10 years or so, I receive a reminder of how badly it hurts when someone you love cheats on you. It's a pain I would never inflict on my worst enemy, so why cause somebody you care about that kind of pain. The only exlanation that makes sense is that cheaters may never have been cheated on themselves, so they have no idea how significant the agony they are handing down to their significant other.

My cheating started while engaged and I was only 21. It continued for more than 25 years and the split it caused ended up costing my marriage. Inside I felt the cheating was harmless because I never placed importance on the women I cheated with. My wife was important to me but I never attached guilt to my actions. Many people make the same mistake. If I had realized how wrong it was to ignore my willing wife and do all those things with strangers both our lives could have been much better.

Yes. Started out with talking. Moved on to kissing. Moved on to more. Not actual sex, but close enough.
It was several years ago. I was 33.
Do I regret it? No. I love the guy I cheated with.

Yes.
I was 22. We;d been married 1 year. Things were bad. We ended separating a month after, for different reasons. He never found out.
I regreted doing it that way, and I regreted doing it to him.
I did not regret the expierence I had.
Although I won't do it again.

Talking is not cheating. If that was the case, everyone would be cheaters.
