Are you freeking kidding me? Now I ask you, should you be having sex at all if you don't know the answer to this question?

You can get sexually transmitted diseases from Blow-jobs too man so... I HOPE you knew that? Throat full of Gonorrhea anyone?

Uhh... Hey you below, College student... Do you really think you should be giving out such dumb advice to someone who is obviously already clueless? I don't think Herpes mind what direction you're in when they spread from SKIN TO SKIN CONTACT with the help of a little heat & friction to slough away the protective cap called remission. Penetration is penetration and you can get anything from any wet cavity to any soft skinned pole. Hey there is also a form of genital warts that you can get on your FACE from going down on someone and they are REALLY... REALLY... DISCUSTING! I used to work for a dermatologist so I know!

Sheesh... This is why I don't like to touch people! Mainly because most people are stupid enough to BELIEVE what they tell themselves, when they tell themselves things exactly like this and then on top of it, feel the need to SHARE it as if it were a fact!

No! No! No! Don't listen to these folks; they don't know what they are talking about. The sexual position you asked about is unique because the body fluids (and bacterium and viruses that cause disease) flow downward. Therefore, the person in the back is at a lower risk than the person in the front; however, the risk of pregnancy goes way up if the person in the front is an ovulating female and the person in the back is a sperm producing male.

There is no safe position. Practice safer sex (use a condom and some kind of birth control), and get tested.

Absofrigginlutely. And since he has so many other girlfriends, you probably already have an std, if not HIV.
