Do any one know how can a wichita resident escape first time traffic infraction. Will the wichita, Kansas court allows traffic school or course for a ticket?
Any help would be highly appreciated.

It will depend on whether the ticket was given in your municipal court or the district court... i.e. given by a city police officer or a sheriff's officer or highway patrol.

The Sedgwick Count district attorney's office has a diversion program for traffic offenses. You should contact them for information on that. Otherwise, in many municipal courts, if you hire an attorney, they can get the ticket reduced to a non-moving violation, which will not show up on your driving record. The City of Wichita may also have a diversion program. You might want to contact them as well and ask the question there.

If you want a lawyer and don't know one, contact your local or state bar association for a referral.
