I'm seeing a massive lightsaber battle with lots of throwing things around using the force.
Nah, they'd just roll their eyes and shut the door, getting back to the business at hand: saving three worlds and their moons from a clone invasion (or in Anakin's case, destroying them).
That's assuming the Jehova's Witnesses would be able to find Obi Wan's hideout, and were brave enough to knock on Anakin's door.

Obi-wan Kenobi would use his Jedi Mind Trick to tell them not to come bother him again, & Anakin Skywalker - well, let's just say that those poor JW's don't have a chance with him at all. He would use his Lightsaber to behead one of them & choke to death the other.

As seems to be the trend, Anakin would be swayed by their convincing psuedo-religious gobbledygook and join up without a second thought, while Obi Wan would end up risking his friggin' life trying to drag him out of it.

Depending on where Anakin was in his seduction to the Dark Side, he'd probably slice them in half. Obi-Wan, however, would try to get them to follow the Force.

Anakin would give in to the dark side and show them his light saber. That is how I get rid of them too.
