Chris Cornell (Soundgarden, Audioslave) Such a range and a good screamer when it's appropriate to the music.
Tom Yorke (Radiohead) Though you can't understand what the heck he's saying he's got such a haunting sound to his voice and is very effective in protraying anguish in his voice.
Jeff Buckley, I'm so bummed he died. His voice was truly an instrument to accompany such a sound ahead of it's time.
Phil Wickham. This guy sound a lot like Jess Buckley but a style all his own, such an amazing voice with a mix of beauty and raw passion.
Johnny Lang - when he came out he was a 15 year old white kid that sounded like a 50 year old black man. Awesome blues artist.
Bjork- Such a trippy tone to her voice, but I think her music drives her voice moreso.
So many others. But those are a few that I could think of off the top of my head. I'm sure I'll think of 10 more right after I post this...
