THEY SUCK!
I bought a few things from them and they cancelled my order without telling me. When I called they apologized and gave me $100 off; so I ordered again. Then, they cancel it AGAIN without telling me! So I cancel the whole order and get really upset….3 days later I get an email saying my stuff was shipped WTF!! So I call them AGAIN and tell them off for sending my order after I had cancelled it. The costumer service is TERRIBLE, most of them can't speak a word of English.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t shop with them.

I ordered a monitor...They had a coupon online and I went to use it. Be LEARY of the check outs. It didn't want to take the coupon off and was charging too much Sales Tax. I called them and they took the order over the phone. *I hate placing orders over the phone*

They were suppose to email me a receipt but the moron didn't type my addy in correctly.

I did get my order - it was the right amount. I was happy.

I'd probably do it again - though the experience wasn't great...

As far as calling them, I got a black chick. She spoke ebonics (Is that considered English these days?). Most places you'll get Indian people. I won't buy if I have to deal with a Habib. LOL.

That sounds like a pain in the ***. When I got my laptop and printer the only real problem I had was they delayed shipping my printer off for about a week. I have no clue why. Dell's customer service is ok sometimes whenever you are dealing with computer problems. They always connect me to people in India. It's hard to talk to them sometimes but for the most part it's decent.

One time though my computer crashed and I called customer service. They connected me to India and I was on hold for God knows how long. I finally talked to someone and they started asking me where I was. I said Indiana and she asked if it was close to California because she has friends in California. I just wanted to get my computer fixed.

But then again I just called them to see about replacing my keyboard. Granted, I was on the phone for about a half hour they still sent out a person the next day and he replaced it in about 10 minutes.

But I am sorry you have some bad experience with them.

most places where you have to call for tech support no matter what company, the people can't speak english...its because they're mostly overseas. its ridiculous if you ask me, but you cant do anything about it. i have a dell laptop and have personally never had any problems but some of the people there are dumb as bricks!

They screwed me up a couple of times. Since they outsource to India, and that person is 12 hours behind wherever I am, I'm not surprised.

And forget those jerks at the mall kiosks!

Customer Support is located in India because they work for a couple dollars per hour. Americans don't work for that money.

You have to ask for a U.S.A. customer service rep or you are dealing with India.
I got the same type run around with a warranty repair with HP and just asked to speak with a U.S.A. rep and stuck to my guns and they were compliant.
