Is it "OK"? Well, American society doesn't treat transvestites
very well - they tend to get beat up and worse. People assume
they are gay - which interestingly is less dangerous.
However, the AMA generally believes that transvestitism is
not "curable". That is, Doctors can give you techniques for
avoiding it, but you will want to for the rest of your life.
Perhaps I am being overly optimistic, but I think that society
in general is learning to tolerate the behavior and will eventually
embrace it. However, it won't happen within our life times.
There is some evidence that once it is truly integral to society,
people won't want to do it any more. That is, part of the
psychological structure behind transvestitism *IS* the fact
that it is taboo.
In any case, you need to surround yourself with people who
accept the behavior. Arguably, by forcing you to wear
women's clothing, your sister was abusing you and you
probably have lots of unfortunate issues with that. I would
recommend that you seek psychiatric consultation - perhaps
just to find out if there were other effects of your sister's
actions.
That your wife continues to so may be simply because she
loves you and doesn't want you to think she thinks less of
you because of it, or she may be aroused by the behavior
or she may just not care.
In any case, there are certainly times when female
clothing is more comfortable (hot sticky summers are
crying out for skirts), and times when men's clothing
is more comfortable - uh ... the rest of the year.
It really isn't a matter of comfort though, is it?
In any case, this is a hard thing to deal with.

I can't understand your question, which is not a good start. If you're a guy and you're wearing women's clothing, then no... it;s most definitely not ok. If you were made to wear women's clothes by your sister... you should be old enough now to know that's all sorts of wrong, and to get sweet revenge on her for humiliating you... may want to think about seeing a psychiatrist too. If it feels good for you and you are happy doing it than it is correct for you. Do you want to be a female, if some you may have some gender issues. If you just like wearing female's clothing and do not want to be female than this s your preference. Some men have a fetish of doing this for sexual arousal.
