I am unable to wear a tampon at the moment and am very very uncomfortable when I REPEATEDLY try to insert it. please help mee! i am going to six flags with my friends and will be unable to swim or anything! i cry all the time about it.

I know this must be hard for you! Is there anyone you can ask - like your Mom or an aunt, who could help you??
I do not like wearing them, and they are always uncomfortable for me. That said, try to find the very smallest most slender ones you can get, and try to really relax when you put it in.

It's true, for some women they are definitely more uncomfortable. If you're having trouble just make sure you have the minimal absorbancy that you need (so they'll be smaller) and as was mentioned before, relax. It can be more uncomfortable if you're not relaxed and try to find a comfortable position when inserting, which may take some adjusting.

Use a smaller tampon and don't worry that much about it. Relax when you insert it. Try sitting down on your bed and inserting it slowly.

Sorry about this, but I never was able to use a tampon, and I know other women who could not use them too, they just don't work for all of us.

i had the same problem and the way i fixed it was wore a smaller tamp and water stops all flow also RELAX when inserting

just keep trying.if you dont relax when you are trying,you might put it in wrong or something.Good Luck Hon
