I have been there. If you take a lactaid now, it may help a little, but not too much, trust me. You may just have to grin and bear it to a degree. Lay on your side, if you can. Either side works, but right is usually the one that works better. It keeps the gas pressure off the organs. Good luck, and trust me, I have been there numerous times.

Try a dietary supplement, like Lactaid, if you plan to eat dairy products. The supplement helps break down lactose, reducing unpleasant symptoms

under no circumstances. i'm somewhat lactose illiberal and all I could desire to do is take a lactose complement before consume a dairy product. Its called Lactaid and you'd be able to discover it very almost everywhere. you additionally can attempt the shop manufacturers. they are able to be extra much less costly. It only many times says "Lactose complement" on the container. you additionally can get lactose unfastened milk.

Bloating and gas? Thanks for sharing. Sure you can refuse. Just explain that you cannot consume dairy products without suffering discomfort. Your well being is more important than someone's hurt feelings.
