You should check out Singapore ! Mess up there and you're toast ! Spray paint something on a wall and get caught ? They whack you with a bamboo stick ! Deal in drugs ? You're dead. Our system is a joke...

Nah that would never go over. Too many people would scream over that. Mostly because they will have relatives in jail for those crimes but I guess they don't get to see them very often.

I think instead of punishing those types of people we need to just put all rapist together in one prison all murderers in another and drug crimes which often lead to the other 2 in one prison and all the people that are against tuffer punishment have to go into those 3 prisons naked for 30 minutes each so that they can see first hand what will happen when those folks that are in jail get out in a couple of years because of the light sentencing guidelines where those convicts will rape, kill, and sell dope to there children.
That may actually work. What do you think?

Yes. I have never understood why a person who has been convicted of possession of a controlled substance has always been handed down a heavier sentence, then someone convicted of murder or rape. A rapist/murder can serve as little as five years for a crime, while possession almost always serves at least 20 years. That makes no sense to me.

Very harsh for terrorists. Not only US every country should give capital punishments to terrorists linked with fundamentalism. But US will never. Because that will create problem fo oil business.

Yes, I think if they can prove it with some dna or something concrete they should get the death penalty, but they should have to go the way they made their vicitms suffer. It is only fair.
