park. If you have pet, take it with you. Often times, a
guy or girl will stop to ask you about the pet and there
is your chance to say hello.

I will recommend meetup.com website , any city that you lived in must have many meetup groups . You join them based on ur interest and then at differant occasions there will be events that you can join and meet new people and see new places to hang out and if you want , you can even get lucky ;)

Where did you move to the country or city. Get involved in community work, go to the park dine out see a movie.

it depends on where you moved too. Some areas have websites for people just in the area. like in Dallas we have a site called Dallaspeeps.com

I like the idea of going to the neighbors but you can take something too like some cookies or something like that. Some people will invite you in to chat.
I sold Avon to my new neighbors and made some friends.

You can go to a different school and make new friends. Introduce yourself and ask them questions and you can also tell them about yourself. Is simple just talk to the people that you have in your classes.

just go out for a walk or a run. start from saying "hi how u doing?"
