Im pretty sure you can get one with your parents permission provided it isnt' gang related.

As far as legality, I don't think you will be arrested to owning a tatoo... if your parents say it is ok.

Enjoy.

Just wait.

You may think you have the perfect tattoo picked out and you may think that having it will be SO cool. But I promise you that over the next 10 years your outlook on life will change completely. At that point you will most likely look at your tattoo and hate it and wish you had never got it. Tattoos are for life and by the time you are in your mid twenties you are going to regret doing it 9/10 times.

My advice is to hold off a few more years.

do no longer do it. She's sixteen--she could think of she knows of what seems cool now, yet somewhat she'll want to have it lasered off on the ripe age of 20. Make her wait and think of roughly it. enable her day a 365 days (if no longer 2) of study as to what layout will final her contained in direction of the an prolonged time and which tatoo artist is the final for her. It should not be a spurr of the 2nd determination, and at 18 she would be able to have replaced plenty.

It depends on what county you live in. Most will let you get em with parental permission. Others, like Santa Clara county, have stricter rules.
