It's a creepy line from the movie "Silence of the Lambs" -- the serial killer Buffalo Bill has a girl in a pit and drops lotion down to her so she rub her skin with it to keep it supple for when he kills her and cuts her skin off to make a woman suit for himself. Told you it was creepy.
