If you could pick the gender of your baby, what would you pick and why?
Just wanting to see what everyone says.

I would pick a girl because I already have 1 girl-8 and 2 boys 1&2.

If I have 3 kids (which Im aiming for) id rather have 2 boys and 1 girl, but wit 4 kids 2 boys and 2 girls!

I have 2 girls and 1 boy already and there are no more biological children in my furture (surgery works wonders!).
But if I had to pick, I would pick a boy to even things out.

either...I think highly of both genders. And fantasize about if I were able to have them. I could see doing fun activities, sports, dance, music. I always imagine my little girls in pig tails and my little boys being all ruff and tuff with a heart of gold.
Though my old list of names had more girls than boys...Though there is always the extra option of naming a son after his father.

Yes, to get the gender mix that I would like. But not through artificial means. I would want it to happen naturally.

boy...i have no kids yet, but i would like one of each. i just like the idea of my daughter having an older brother to watch out for her.

♂...there is a bad cycle in my family of mothers [on my maternal side] abusing their daughters....I'm 52 and luckily i did have only one child & it was a boy, so the cycle was broken.
