How can the United States condemn terrorism yet support Israel?

Good question. Both Israel and Hezbollah are commiting acts of terrorism by killing innocent civilians to achieve their cause. Both should be punished. Bush is just scared to do anything because most conservative religious zealots will hate him for the rest of his life.
You guys claim Israel is not a group of terrorists. True, they are defending themselves. But you can say the same thing about the religious millitias in Iraq and they are terrorists. See what people in Lebanon have to say. Tell the hoards of civilians who have lost power, water, and any exit route in their country as well as their basic everyday life that you truly think Israel is being a good group of people. Terrorists by definition are people who use violence to get their points across. Thats what the Israelis are doing, so they are terrorists. Stop being so biased. It's this Bias that causes most problems. You only like Israel because you think that all arabs are terrorists. In fact, Lebanon is 49 % christian. Get your facts straight and then post.

Well, for one thing there is no relation between the two. Israel is not terrorism. That said, I'm sick and tired of the US's blanket support if Israel regardless of what they do no matter what political party is running the US. Talk about being "politically correct". I think it is high time we told them to chill out or go it alone.
