i am only 14 and wear and 38D and have sagging breast. What can i do to lift them back up?

I have no excersice machines or weights. and i don't want to buy an expensive bra so help me please

There is nothing you can do darling. Most girls with breasts that heavy will having sagging breasts soon. . . so if it's any consolation you are not alone.

PS: The only way to get them up is by surgery.

With your age, that is quite a large size.. I would say that you should invest the money in two good bra's... I know they will be expensive... But if you are allready at that size, you still probably will grow and without the proper support, they will sag even more... Though, There's not much you can do about some of the sag... and with the size... Their going to be doing some period... But you can stop the un-needed sag...

you dont have to buy expensive bras just find some sports bra or halter tops that are spandex. you just need support to keep them from moving and thats what sports bras do. also you need to ask a doctor about any cremes or meds to help your skin from stretching any further and especially when you get older. the older you get the elastic in your skin tends to loosen, its all a part of getting old. watch your diet, you are what you eat and take care of yourself now and you wont be sorry when your older.

i get my bras from lane bryant.its not a store for just overweight people!!!!! they have good bras,they arent that expensive if you get the sales or something.Im a 44C.good luck
