3 week diet u lose 30 pounds i tried it and it works ok what u do is eat fruit salad for breakfast then at lunch u eat a salad no dressing no chicken just regular salad then for dinner u fast which means u dont eat then u just keep doin that for 3 weeks during those 3 weeks every day u do this exersise 50 sit ups 50 push ups then u can either walk on tredmill for 30 min or u can lift weights for 30 min do everyday for three weeks and u will have great results
