En garde means "(fencing) in a defensive stance"
I don't know about "tu chet."
Maybe you meant "touche", it means "(literally touched) that is used in fencing to acknowledge a valid hit"
So basically, in fencing or any other kinds of sword fights, en garde means "get ready!" and touche means "gotcha!"

En garde = ready to defend yourself, guard up, it is also a fencing term for the ready stance
Tu chet I think means equal points or an even score (I don't know what's the proper spelling though)

Both terms are used in fencing. "En garde" can be translated as "On guard" i.e. ready your guard - raise your sword in defensive position - ready for a duel
"Touché" is a call made when you hit your opponent and means "touched" I believe it is a contraction of "Vous êtes touché" - you are touched/struck

"En garde" means "on guard", implying "be ready" or "defend yourself".
I think you mean "touche", which means "touched". In a fencing match or swordfight, it means one combatant has been hit.
