Why does people like badminton?

Question

I have to write an essay about my favorite sport and its badminton.
and I have to write why i like badminton.
but seriously, i just like it.
I can't think of any reason why i like it.
HELP!

For non-competitive Badminton, it is fun because you just need one friend or family member to play in your backyard or park. You really have to work together to get the rally going especially on the windy day. Philosophically one might say you have to be happy or get along with the other player, otherwise it won't be much fun if you have to bend down and pick up the birdie after one shot. It could be a good game to play on a date!
Competitively it is similar to what others said. It will make you sweat and expend a lot of energy running around the court trying to retrieve the birdie or try to smash it back to the other side.

Badminton is legit:

-Professional badminton players can hit the bird in excess of 200 mph
-On average, a badminton player will run a greater total distance than a tennis player in a match
-It's the only sport you can say that you're shuttling cocks

2.) Easy to start playing (as opposed to say soccer)
3.) Good exercise
4.) Improves agility
