I dont think Bill Hall is right, that is, if he is illuding to Bill Hall, current player for the Mlwaukee Brewers. Bill Hall hit the first home run of 2006 at New Busch Stadium. If I remember, Sportsman's Park opened in 1902, and although I do not know who hit the first ever HR there, the first of Hank Aaron's 755 HR's came at Sportsman's Park.
