No, he hasnt ever admitted he even made any mistakes. You have to admit you have a mistake before you can learn anything from it.

No. He's been an arrogant boob his whole life, and look where its gotten him! Two terms in the white house!
Its a powerful testament to how stupid the voting public is.
"As democracy is perfected, the office of
president represents, more and more closely,
the inner soul of the people. On some great and
glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach
their heart's desire at last and the White House
will be adorned by a downright moron."
-- H.L. Mencken (1880-1956)

I feel he has no doubt learned alot from them... like... Americans (Whites) are mostly stupid racists who lack the intelligence to be sentient... I for one am Black and it is the case that illegal immigrants have more rights than a representative from the one racial group that if it had not been for this country would not be here... Black people built America... we actually did the majority of the physical labor... recieving... hatred... beatings... lynchings... rape... all manner of inhumane treatment... In fact we were considered livestock... 3/5 of a man constitutionally... back to Bush... I mean quite frankly he has lied quite profusely... his lies have cost an untold numbers of innocents thier very lives... for the sake of driving the price of oil up... so that Saudi Arabians and thier Zionist counterparts can make billions... before we switch technologies....

Of course he has. God may have ordained him, but he is still human and will make mistakes. I think that every president after him will learn from any mistake GW may have made.

You know I actually thought he did when he was for using diplomacy for the North Korean situation but then I saw him in Russia and same old, same old. Same old smirk, same old attitude. If we make it through the next 2 years without a major war it will not be because of GWB. The next President better be an amazing diplomat because he will have many fences to mend.
