Tape pennies or dimes to the top of the blades.

Take a tape measure and put the tip on the ceiling close to the tip of the blade on the fan, just spin the blades slowly and see if you get the same measurement on all blades, don't move the tape, and bend them to be all the same size

They make a little kit for balanceing the fan. You attach weights to the blades (on the top so you don't see them) this offsets the balance it's trial and error till you get it where you want it. You start with little clips and I have even glued or taped washers to the top to get the balance right

Figure out which one is the lightest and tape a penny(or more) to it if it then shows to be to heavy move the penny(s) back toward the hub.
