Yes. Our bodies are mostly water, and it must be replenished in order to stay healthy, or to avoid making your body worse off if you are ill. I always heard we need eight 8 oz glasses a day. But I know that some diet plans, including Weight Watchers, call for only six, three of which can be sugar-free, caffeine-free soft drinks, tea, coffee, but not fruit juices.

Todays water is not good. What we have here causes Kidney problems.
However I do drink filtered water.
Here is a verse I found in the Bible.
1Tim 5:23 Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities.

yeah, of course water is good for you why wouldnt it be? god put water on the earth for us to drink and the animals, so of course. you need to drink 8 glasses a day. But if you're in mexico, then maybe not because i hear that their water is not safe.

Water is essential. Your body is made up of mostly water and you lose so much through evaporation (sweat) and urine. You need water therefore it is good for you.

I think so. if i don't drink my usual amount, i feel different. not really yucky or anything, just not up to par.
you think maybe it's an addiction?
