Is it normal to feel that way? Yes, but a physical relationship (sex) at this age is way wrong for more reasons than I can count but here's a few.
1. There is ALWAYS a change of pregnancy.
2. You are not emotionally mature.
3. You are not fully physically developed.
4. You do not have your ethics and morals in place yet.
5. There is NO WAY you are psychologically prepared for the guilt that would be associated with sex.
6. You would get caught.
7. Your parents would KILL YOU and HIM.
8. Physical pleasure does not lead to internal satisfaction.

shall I go on?

The only thing you will have to offer to your future husband that NO ONE ELSE CAN is your virginity.

Its called "Puppy Love" and everyone has them. The only difference is now a days when kids think they are in love they are trying to make decision like adults the only problem is if they really wanted to act grown up then they wouldn't go any farther.
In reality (you know the world of Adults) We know that, that should not be the goal. So please don't make stupid decisions because you think that is what grown ups do, because its not, dumb*** teenagers do.

you're too young to be having sex.
go ahead and kiss, make out.
just save the lovin' for when you're older.

it's okei to feel like you're in love. but don't let it get in the way of your studies and family and freinds ..rememeber you are only 13. you will meet lots of other obyys in your life.

Infatuated yes. Love, no. You should talk to your parents or your counselor about sex. You are too young to be making out.
