where can I get online water safety class for foster parents?

I have a pool in the backyard. I am already certified for cpr and everything I need except water safety and every class I have tried is full so I will have to shut down my pool.

I am sorry but your question is not very clear. What do you mean water safety class for foster parents? Do you mean this is for only foster parents, how it will be different from normal parents.
