Well, cutting into a billion pieces isn't practical. You'd need a REALLY sharp knife for that.

I would just say take one fell swoop with a meat cleaver and hack em off. OR, use a weedwhacker. OR, use a meat carving knife, or use a blender. Something slow and painful, you have the right idea.

Then you'd also have to put him into a cell where he will be raped repeatedly by big, hairy men. Or, maybe by animals.

See my question on this:

A BILLION? That must be one big genital.

Yes, I agree, some time of punishment is required beyond mere
incarceration (where they can sit there with their cable tv porn and their memories and wha*ck off till the cows come home at our expense). I think they have been doing some stuff (Anyone else know, I'd like to know more) with so called ethical and
theoretically medically safe, injections- that lower this insanity drive or something. Definitely they should come out with
something (what do you all think of this idea?) some kind of
pill, etc, that just plain prevents an erection. You wouldn't stop
ALL forms of sexual abuse, but you'd sure end rape as we know it.

(I just don't think snipping off the old pecker 'n balls is quite humane or practical, but you could always ask Bobbit's wife
for advice in that department)

won't work... saw a program on television a few days ago where a convicted rapist asked to have this done. What he found was that he still had the same urges but could not act upon these impulses. The result was that he grew more violent that what he had been before.

studies should be done to see what section of the brain controlls these impulses and deaden that area like ablation (deadening) part of the heart that has messed up electric impulses..

I have been saying for years that rapists, molesters and other sexual offenders should be punished in a way similar to the harm they did...so I'm all for chopping it off. I mean, that is SOOOO much better than the death penalty (men don't want to go without their wee wees).

In most cases, I think the punishment should equal the crime, "an eye for an eye."

You also are forgetting child molesters:

I think that they should be stoned in public. Think about this. If they are convicted. They should put them on pay per view for $19.95. You could charge $5 a rock with no purchase limits. (Family members and victims get 20 for free). Place a cage over their groin and head and make them run the gauntlet. All of the proceeds go to Educational systems, Better prisons, and the needy. I bet if those wackos saw that, they would stay in their little closets and think about 1,000 times about their sick needs before acting out. If they make out alive (Minimum 1,000 stones) they could go in to a pool (Like survivors) and run the Super Gauntlet played on National T.V. at the Super Bowl (think of all of the money wagered on that) winner gets a free ticket to some place like Siberia.

highly inappropriate suggestion nor practical. The should be punished to the full extent of the law. Made to take medication to suppress any sex drive.
I am sure there is a way this could also be achieved with laser surgery except our stupid moral standards probably would not allow this. They rather send them back out in the public to commit the crime again.
Same should apply to women who rape or women who cry false rape .

no that is wrong what they should do is strap the rapist to a pole bent over and just let women get in line a shove stuff up his *** and give him paper cuts on the dick and then throw salt in the wounds and this should go one 14 hours a day 365 days a year for the rest of his natural born life

i say 14 hours cause if it goes 24 he could die and we wouldn't want that we would rather he dies of natural causes

You obviously know little about punishment.. Slow down, enjoy yourself.. Start with highly innervated areas, like nailbeds.. there are 10 of them,, then rusty pliers are great for crushing fingers and small bones.. then you're ready for meat tenderizers, and needle nose pliers for removing small pieces of flesh-- nipples are especially fun to remove. If you get really good at it, you can even remove small portions of the brain without actually killing that filthy animal.. You shouldn't try removing peritoneal parts until you are pretty near through playing.....

Better still, perhaps he should be anally raped by those whom he attacked, wtih some kind of machine that the victim can control.

Sadly, since this falls under "cruel and unusual punishment", the best we can to is lock him in a smelly cell and lose the key.
