I admire my grandmother the most. She is surviving breast and colon cancer (20 years ago) and now has skin cancer. Her attitude is "some one else has problems that far out weigh mine."

My mom. She has the ability to see the good in people when I'm not sure that any good exists at all. She gave up working outside the home to commit all her time to raising me until I was 16. She and I can talk about anything. She does not pass judgement on me. She admits the mistakes that she made when she was younger in the hopes that I wouldn't repeat them. She doesn't sugar-coat things. She doesn't push me into making the decisions that she would. She speaks her mind. She isn't afraid to tell someone to go to hell when that's what they need to hear, but she's very able to keep herself in check.

My grandfather - he worked his way up from being a very poor boy to being a successful (although not wealthy) man. He was a very good father and husband too, always looking out for other people.
