OK, I admit it, I'm being a smarta.s.s. Seriously, I think the idea of coming up with a "term" for them, like some sort of bred animal, is kind of offensive or at least out of date. I think the best thing is to refer to them by their country of nationality, or if at all possible, just refer to them by name. I can't think of a time when I have ever had to refer to someone by their ethnicity, without being able to use their name instead.
