Is your wireless card in your computer saying the wireless connection from your wireless router is available? You do have both right?

Is your Wireless NIC switched on? If no, then turn it on, there's usually a little switch on the card itself.
Do you have a firewall? If so, make sure it is not blocking your connection.
Are the IP addresses configured correctly?
Is broadcast enabled on your router?
