Cause people are too much into themselves

Not sure, there are likely a lot of reasons depending on the individual people. Many people lack the ability to think as others would think and are only dimly aware of their own cognitive processes. The result of this is they think everyone everywhere is like them, so they do not see it as being stuck on themselves, but as sharing their experiences with others who obviously care, since they are the same.
