Yes, if the account is on the Internet. Then all you need is Internet access, the Internet address for the account, your user name and password. Then you can access your account from anywhere in the world. If the account is one from one of those companies that provide worldwide Internet access, like Yahoo then yes you can definitely access your account with no trouble, from anywhere.
If the account is on the companies INTRANET, then that means it is only on the company's computer with no connection to the outside world so you cannot access it. If this is true then you need to talk with the computer guy/girl at your office to see if they can set up a way for you to do it.
