he is kinda staring at me in a odd way,that i cant quite place...he had tryed to txt my phone few times over the last 2 months,but i havent replyed,he doesnt do anything,or inclines to anything in any way,but still it makes me fell a bit ocward.what should i do?

I would suggest documenting it. If he's texting your phone and you don't want him to do that, I would suggest sitting down and letting him know that the texting makes you a little uncomfortable and you would prefer he didn't do that, and that you enjoy working there and want to make sure everything stays on a professional level. Approach it with some tact, but be firm and clear about what you want. I would also make sure someone else who you can trust knows what's going on, especially before you sit down and talk to him, so that if things get worse, you'll have documentation and witnesses to harassment.
Remember, federal labor laws provide that you have a workplace free of harassment, and if it gets to that point, you have the right to put your foot down and not allow it.
