I did some research on many of the articles they feature here and they are all factual.
Why do Blacks claim to have invented all of those things when they didn't?

Quit saying Peanut Butter was invented by a Black:

Peanut Butter
George Washington Carver (who began his peanut research in 1903)? No!

Peanuts, which are native to the New World tropics, were mashed into paste by Aztecs hundreds of years ago. Evidence of modern peanut butter comes from US patent #306727 issued to Marcellus Gilmore Edson of Montreal, Quebec in 1884, for a process of milling roasted peanuts between heated surfaces until the peanuts reached "a fluid or semi-fluid state." As the product cooled, it set into what Edson described as "a consistency like that of butter, lard, or ointment." In 1890, George A. Bayle Jr., owner of a food business in St. Louis, manufactured peanut butter and sold it out of barrels. J.H. Kellogg, of cereal fame, secured US patent #580787 in 1897 for his "Process of Preparing Nutmeal," which produced a "pasty adhesive substance" that Kellogg called "nut-butter."

Maybe they did or more accurately a Black man or Woman could very well have invented a number of things that were stolen years ago. Exactly, how hard do you think it was for a Black man to get a patent for anything one hundred years ago...I'd say almost impossible.

I didn't read your article; because, your question and avatar smell of prejudice, but I know of my own knowledge the inventions and advancements in agriculture by a man named George Washington Carver you probably made a sandwich for lunch available because of an invention of his...Peanut Butter. Who cares what color a Man is who uses his brain to advance the human race. A proud White-man that isn't too proud to give credit where credit is due.

Wow, you guys sure do sound like you've fed into the stereo-types of black people. I don't know where the origin of these things come from anymore than who ever wrote that articles you referenced. However I know that it's been documented in many reliable history books the origin of these inventions and I believe that it is true simply because I put more trust in that than some out of whack articles you found on line. Black people don't need attention, with people like you trying to find new ways to discredit us, attention comes to us whether we like it or not. I thinks it's very offensive that people choose to answer this question by saying things like "because they are waiting on their next government check". I noticed a lot of questions like this from white people. Why do you take the time out of your day to look up that kind of information? You must be focused on the lives of black people so much that you feel the need to use your time to do this. If your not so focused on us, then why take time to ask such a pointless question. Unless you where alive in that time, and knew those people, No one really knows who invented what, now do they? But I'm pretty sure you believe that Columbus discovered America...

Okay. I misunderstand your question, but had to respond to your avatar. That picture came to my email when Jesse Jacksons little girl in Florida came out of the woodwork. I almost split my abdomen into pieces when I first saw it.
By the way...blacks did invent all that. You seem to think that INVENTING something actually means that they profitted from it and got paid. That is not hardly true. Garrett Morgan (traffic light) has a family who still struggles in the Cleveland area.
Black people are just as capable of anyone else to invent, develop and perform as any other race of persons who put their minds to it. What gives, man. Take a chill already.

I am definitely Black and I don't claim to have invented anything. I'm not sure of your point. I viewed the link and I find it humorous. Not because it is somehow absurd, it isn't. I did not check the facts, but they could very well be true.

I have an undergraduate degree in history and attended graduate school for the same. I changed my major to business and earned an MBA. I switched to business because much of US history seems to be fabricated. It was terribly disheartening to discover there are organized movements to perpetuate myths concerning the whole of American history (not one segment as you have rather eloquently stated).

So if American history is largely mythos, why wouldn't the varied segments be as well?

well... they just try to look good and to be proud of something.... They do it out of despair, since they did not invent as many as they claim and , actually, did not have a chance to make up many things for many years.... I hear some black man says to me:"the whole USA is build up by black men" .... Any comments?

Well, we all know Al Gore invented the internet, so they don't claim that!! In fact, I am not aware of ANYTHING "they" claim they have invented that they have not. Usually it's the other way around.

Chow!
