We have been together for 5 years, with a short break of two months. (I have had on and off depression, and am now on light meds which are helping. I think my depression comes from sometimes feeling confined by the relationship, not having a solid, confident sense of self, experiencing ups and downs of the world individually/independently, and wanting to listen to my inner self and follow where it leads me in this world, which I have trouble actually doing - what led to the short breakup was to help with this) Anyways, my question is: we are supposed to get married within the month - IS IT ENOUGH CAUSE FOR CONCERN THAT ONE PERSON IS DEPRESSED TO CONSIDER POSTPONING A WEDDING??

Go to marriage counseling, and talk to your counselor about it. If your fiance doesn't want to go to counseling, you should go alone.
You might also want to consider some individual counseling just for yourself. Hopefully you can get on some more effective medications, and maybe you can get to know yourself too.
Remember, marriage is forever. You don't want to jump into a committment that you aren't ready for. Good luck!

do what's best for YOU!
you need to be whole before getting into a deeper relationship with another.
You have problems with depression...that should be # 1 on your list...
Post pone the wedding and seek the proper help for your depression

Yes, u should postpone the wedding.....but not b/c you're depressed....b/c you're unsure of who u are.......you need to be sure of urself before giving urself to another person......otherwise, you will never have a sense of self worth or independence.........email me if u wanna talk.......

It depends on whether you sent out invitations and how many people are involved in the process should be considered in your decision.

Marriage counseling should help you figure out if you're ready to get married. Please don't do anything without consulting a counselor. You may regret it.

you need to get yourself together first --- go get your own place and live alone - date when you want to ....you don't seem the type to be wanting exclusive relationships
