Guess not. I stay in my room most of the time and sometimes to the extend of 3 days.
But I do need to get out after days tho. Not too healthy to stay inside all the time. You should go outside and catch a fresh air!

Sometimes, but as long as you dont do it everyday. Staying inside all the time will bring you depression and it's not healthy to have depression. Even tho people are born with depression somewhere in life. Just make sure you get outside sometimes and see some scenery... it's good for the soul.

I really believe that people need interaction with other people. The other thing is that being out in the sun even for a little while has lots of health benefits, including lifting your spirits and helping your sleep cycles. I would try to at least go out once a week, just to get some fresh air and get some sun.

Technically, you aren't going to die, but it's not good either. The human body reacts to sunlight, waking it up and making it active. It releases a chemical (too lazy to look up what it's called) that gets our bodies and brains moving. Without periodic exposure to the sun, our skin gets affected. I'm not sure why, but to be healthy our skin needs the sun (or at least it did before UV rays got out of hand...), and if it doesn't our skin becomes really pale and easily broken. And, besides that, it's good to get exercise. Even if it's just walking.
As an opinion? I can't say I disapprove, because then I'd be hypocrite. :)

Why wouldn't you want to go outside? Don't you have a job, or a life? What do you do when you need food? I would hate to stay inside all day!

It's not BAD, but it is not recommended. If you don't go out everyday, you should go out at least every other day. The sunshine has nourishing qualities as well as getting fresh air is really good for you. Go out just for a minute. Begin to walk around the block. It feels great!

No. As far as I'm concerned, countryside is fine, as long as it happens on the other side of a window. Humanity has spent millenia getting as far away from nature as possible. Go with it.

Physchologically-yeah cause the sunshine and activity stimulates your brain, the sunshine gives off vitamin d`, fro health.
Phisivcally you are out and about and burning calories, so get out and about live life, I've experienced depression and it's better to be active....
