To put an image in a webpage as a background image, you replace the plain
code with this code:
Replace *.jpeg with the filename of the image to be used for the background.
(The bgproperties="fixed" part of the code is optional:
If you include it, the image will not move as you scroll the page; if you don't include it, the image will move as you scroll the page.)

Do you mean how to set a background? You have normally:
where COLOR is one of the following:
1. preset color, such as 'red'
2. hexadecimal color in the form #RRGGBB (or #RGB) such as #FF6633 or its equivalent shorthand #F63
