I know that canada airs young and the restless a day sooner then the united states... but im curious what time it airs?

"Young and the restless" airs on Global in Canada.

It depends on where in Canada you live to watch it:

Newfoundland 12:30PM, Ontario 4PM/4:30PM/6PM (depending on channel), Manitoba 4:30PM, Alberta 4PM, Saskatchewan 4:30PM, British Columbia 11AM.

In Canada, it airs at different time in different time zones -- mostly in the early afternoon.
