It has been bugging me and I know it may seem vague but the actor says in a cheery voice, "Yeah! That'd be nice!" and I think he points too. I think it is said by an african american man but I'm not sure. I know I am not giving you much to go on, sorry.

The only references I can find to that exact quote is Jason Alexander in 'Listen Up'. Last time I checked he wasn't black.

Also in The Place of the Dead and Greg Wise said the line. Also, not black.
