if you get reported, the Team looks into it, if you've been targeted by someone just 'cos they don't like you or a kid's playing games,
they dismiss it, but if you've really violated the guidelines & just keep doing it, then yes, you run the risk. I've enjoyed answered your questions humorously, but someone like fever might have a different perspective of you.
