Folks, why has no other country gone to the moon? Better yet, why in hell would we build a space station 9 miles out instead of just building on the moon?
Answer: Radiation barrier that we, as humans, cannot breach as of yet with today's technology.

My father in law worked for NASA on the Lunar missions. He was infuriated that people like you can't acknowledged what they achieved.
The space station is 9 miles up because that is more PRACTICAL then putting it on the moon.

Name me ONE PIECE OF PROOF that supports your theory and I will prove it wrong.
The main reason we have not gone back yet is because of the expense.Basically,to go back it is going to take the financial support of many counties.
The astronauts that travelled to the moon actually spent little time in the Van Allen Belt and received a harmless dose.NASA timed the lauches and used lunar orbits that only passed over the edge of the belt at the equator.

You people are nuts and watch to many movies.....We went to the moon in 1969. Why do you think we didn't go. There is no such radiation barrier. There is radiation in space that humans need protection from but no barrier!!!
