i cant get a restraing order in the state of virginia uless its a relative or family not valid with friends unless you get a lawyer and file charges. today she did a burnout up our hill all the way over and was flying i am scared to let my kids out to play. i did call the cops again and they came out but unless they catch her they cant do anyhing. this lady is crazy. this is all over her grandson (15) having sex with a 13 yr old. when the isident happened the cops came out and talked with me and her after she came out from hidding and told her to leave me alone and not to talk to me or come on my property. just dont know what to do my son was good friends with the grandson. the 15 yr old boy stayed with me a few day until his mom could get off of work should i let my son continue to be friends with the kid. if so what would you do?

change your phone number, buy a no treepassing sign, put it in your window with her name on the bottom of it, when she comes you call the cops and have her charged with trespassing, it can be done, ive dont it.

get a restraining order first!!! file complaints at the police station so they can set up a file for him/her/them... also if you know his name, look him up if he is a sexual predator...she has no right to barge in your house like that.... tell her the next time she trespasses, youre pressing charges.... use your rights!!
