Anyone heard of a 9-year-old girl tasered while in handcuffs? Have police decided the fate of the officer yet?

This incident happened on 5/28/04 in Tucson, Arizona. I accept friendly answers only!

YES... I do remember that. It sounded back then like they felt totally justified. We would have read otherwise in Jet magazine (seriously) if there was any punishment or conviction. BUT, No I haven't heard anything at all.

No, but it probably makes up for any lack of punishment that her parents never gave her to cause her to get into that kind of situation.
