Probably not. Worse, they're probably repeating something they've heard -- which means they didn't understand what it was they heard but are willing to repeat it anyway.

Chalk it up to the dark side of free speech.

(When words like fascist are thrown around or suburban neo-Nazis walk the streets, I imagine people who actually lived through the horrors of fascist, Nazi or communist regimes must find it hard not to laugh at the naivete being displayed.)

Definition of Fascism. A tendency toward or actual exercise of a strong autocratic or dictatorial control. Yep I know what it means and I stand by it. GWB and the religious right ate doing their best to make us that way. Sorry. but that is their tendency
